Search Priorities

We meet with each client to listen, understand, and advise on the best course of action based on client needs and team culture. Documenting the outcome of those meetings will enable us to create a well-developed strategy.

Candidate Identification

TBG Legal’s research engine, existing relationships, and access to national resources allows us to execute high-touch searches, especially when coupled with the infrastructure and human capital of a much larger institution.

Evaluation

After the initial vetting, we meet with each candidate to conduct technical and behavioral interviews. All information is presented to clients during debrief sessions ahead of scheduling candidate/client interviews.

Closing & Follow Up

After a successful candidate has been identified, we will assist the client in delivering the candidate. In addition to strategizing with the client on the appropriate offer to present to the candidate, we will maintain close contact with  the client and candidate throughout the resignation process and the “gardening period.” A search does not end with the placement of a candidate. Remaining in contact with the candidate and client will assist in a successful transition as well as long-term retention.
