Matt Conroy is the Executive Vice President of Production at TBG, where he leads and oversees the entire production team nationwide. With over 16 years of experience at the company, Matt began his career in IT recruiting and steadily advanced into executive leadership. He played a pivotal role in launching TBG’s Mid Atlantic market, headquartered in Philadelphia. Since, his responsibilities have expanded to include oversight and management of staffing production across the country. Matt is committed to operational excellence, team development, and driving strategic growth throughout the organization.
Matt is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Media Studies.
