Ronni has over a decade of experience as an attorney working both for law firms and in-house. As an experienced attorney she brings her legal expertise to both her clients and candidates. She specializes in both law firm and in house placements at all levels, and partners with her clients to build out their legal team identifying top talent for their needs. She serves as an advisor on the legal industry, compensation, and overall talent strategy. Ronni has a high level of understanding of the legal space which has helped allow TBG Legal to separate themselves in the legal recruiting landscape. Ronni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Bucknell University, and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.

Margaritë Camaj, Esq. is a passionate and skilled legal recruiter. As an attorney, Margaritë is able to use her analytical skills and industry knowledge to help candidates and clients achieve the best fit, placing candidates in various positions across law, real estate, human resources, accounting, and more.
She is also an adjunct professor, a best-selling author, mentor at the recording academy, and takes pride in diversity. As an Albanian immigrant raised in New York City, she is a versatile, well-rounded professional. She received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University in history, philosophy, and Spanish in 2012 and her Juris Doctor from Pace Law in 2016. She is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and DC.
